How does the Nickelodeon Hotel Riviera Maya work?
The Nickelodeon Hotel will initially operate at just 25 percent capacity, the public relations director announced, adding that there is great interest from families in staying at this hotel, which allows them to enjoy their favorite characters.
With the opening of this resort, around 800 direct jobs are generated in the Riviera Maya, an area that was economically affected in 2020 by the Covid-19 pandemic.
At the entrance, tourists are greeted by the image of SpongeBob, the star of this place, although other emblems of the brand can also be seen, such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dora the Explorer, Paw Patrol or The Fairly OddParents.
At the reception there is a huge pineapple, which is Bob's house and visitors' favorite place for photos; Patricio is also in the water park, guarded by lifeguards, as is Dora, who invites young and old to enjoy this mega new feature.

The Nickelodeon Hotel has several themed suites, such as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles suite, a beautiful 279m² space that will take guests directly to the New York basement where these famous characters lived.
